Common Questions

Should I replace fascias and guttering at the same time?

It usually makes sense to. The guttering is fixed to the fascia, so if we are replacing the fascia the guttering has to come off anyway. Doing both together means one lot of access, a fully renewed roofline and, very often, a better overall price.

How long do uPVC fascias and soffits last?

Quality uPVC roofline products typically last 25 years or more with virtually no maintenance - an occasional wipe is all they need. They won't rot, flake or need repainting the way timber does.
